Further thinking on projects

Some thoughts on personal projects, and how they fit here.

Some ideas
- Maine, just Maine overall. It's where I live. 
- Plant Lab, which is a stupid person's journey toward understanding plants
- Web comic, still need to think this one through.
- I think Thoughts On Bias needs to be elevated to a major project.
- Letters to a Younger Self seems like a good one to split out at its own project.
- Dreams. Literal dreams, that is. There may be reasons why this is a bad idea, so I am hesitant here, but it is doable.
